Remember this post? Well I totally jinxed myself and spoke too soon. You see, last night was my cousins wedding and he was supposed to go with me. Well, I haven’t seen him in 2 weeks since his nieces wedding and in those 2 weeks I’ve only talked to him twice! I have been calling him and he either doesn’t answer the phone or wont call me back! He hasn’t called me at all in the past two weeks. So I started to think that maybe he was just all set with me. And instead of calling and telling me, he was just pussying out (yup i said it) and ignoring me. So after him not answering thursday night when I called, I figured I wouldn’t push it anymore and if he was still interested he could call me. I didn’t want to be the psycho girl who would keep calling and not take a hint, ya know.
Well, he never called. And on saturday, I saw on his FB that one of his friends had said, “see you tonight, hope you have your costume ready.” Ummm…okay. So i wrote right underneath it, “So i take it your not coming to my cousins wedding with me?” I then called him right after and guess what??
*gasp* He didn’t answer! What a shock!
So I got stood up for my cousins wedding by a guy I had been dating for 2 months who is a 38 year old coward who couldn’t even call and tell me. You would think that by that age guys would grow out of that stuff. But he’s not even a man…just a boy if he acts like that. This was the first time in my life I have ever been stood up! And for a wedding too!!
Okay, but the story doesn’t end here. Right after the wedding ceremony, I get into my car to head to the reception and I have a voicemail. Its him. He called during the ceremony almost three hours after I had called him. And in his message get this….he tried to blame ME for not calling him and telling him the time!! Ummm…HELLO??!! I’ve called you multiple times during the last two weeks and you have only answered twice and didn’t return my calls!! He could’ve easily called me at any point, to just talk, touch base, or to find out the TIME!!! So that just proves what a total jackass he really is…trying to blame it on me!

So a word to all future guys: if you are a jackass or have the potential to be one, are commmitment-phobe, not sure what you are looking for, then you need not apply! Oh and another thing….don’t mess with a blogger/vlogger b/c you will get blogged and vlogged about!!

His loss. I still fail to see how it’s your fault when he knew about it for at least 2 weeks and failed to make his own call to you or return any of yours. Sometimes I think the Y chromosome cuts off blood flow to the brain.
That totally sucks being stood up for a wedding no less. I am sorry. I am sure you will find a guy who will be straight up with you and tell you how he really feels. After reading posts like this I am glad I am married to my awesome wife. No dating issues. Hope everything works out.
