Obviously I am thankful for so many things IRL…like my son, my family, to have a great job, my friends, to be a homeowner…really the list could go on. But I want to take a moment to reflect back on 2009 and share what I’m thankful for in the blogosphere.
I’m Thankful For:
- Each and every one of my readers. Thank you for your continued support and for coming back here every day to read my blog. It’s so surprising that people actually give a damn about what i have to say, it rocks!
- All the friendships I have made through social networking ie blogging, twitter, facebook, etc. I never thought I could make real friends and connections, like I have, online.
- All the great companies and PR that I have worked with during the year. You have all given me great opportunities and introduced me to so many cool products.
- Victoria from Rocket XL…she is an amazing PR Rep and wonderful to work with. Plus she takes the time to read my blog and comment.
- Gena for being one of my best bloggy friends. She is an incredible person and friend. She’s always there for me when i need to cry, bitch, and brag too.
- Kadi who is my long lost twin. She inspires me constantly and I am so thankful that we shared a room at BlogHer and became as close as we did.
- Cat for switching me over to wordpress…it was the right decision.
- Kim who when I was feeling down and out, did exactly what friends do. She sent me a Build a Bear to cheer me up! I don’t think she’ll ever know how truly grateful I am for what she did.
- Belonging to a forum that is drama free and is full of amazing wonderful, supportive, women who I love chatting with on a daily basis.
- Having gone to BlogHer 09. Even though it wasn’t at all what I thought it would be, I created friendships and memories that will last a life time.
- Being chosen as one of iRobot’s Ingenious LeadHers. That was an amazing opportunity and I loved being part of it!
And last but not least, I’m thankful for:
Dating some real douchebags because they gave me some great blogging material!

Great post, Blondie. We all have many things to be thankful for this year.
Those are wonderful things. I am thankful for similar things. Kadi, for w/o her, would not have started writing, would not have joined Momdot, & would not have met wonderful people like you!
